What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, location, and whatever you tell us about the property you own or are considering. If you telephone or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of that correspondence.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to your enquiry and to advise you. That is all. We do not sell it. We do not pass it to developers, brokers or any other third party without your explicit instruction, and a developer asking us for your number is not an instruction.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Your rights
Write to to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. We will respond within thirty days.
Cookies and analytics
This site carries no advertising trackers. Any analytics we run are aggregate and do not identify you individually.
Security
Enquiry data is held on systems with access limited to the partners and the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
