Our story
Why this firm exists.
In most Indian families, the property is the plan. It is the fixed deposit, the pension, the child's education and the safety net, all in one asset, bought once and held for a generation.
And yet it is the only major decision a family makes with no standard of care behind it. A surgeon follows a protocol. An auditor follows a standard. A broker follows whichever project is paying the most that quarter.
The advice you receive depends entirely on which individual you happened to meet, and you find out whether it was good ten years later, when you try to sell.
Anand built A365 Realtors from 2022, largely serving buyers overseas who could not see what they were buying. He was good at it, and he ran into the ceiling every honest broker runs into: the industry rewards closing, not judgement. There is no way to build something that outlasts you inside a business that only counts transactions.
Amit and Saarthak came at it from the other side. Neither had sold property. Both had spent a decade building service businesses in industries where trust is enforced by process rather than personality — one delivering to five hundred education organisations across sixteen countries under ISO quality and security certification, the other running fertility clinics, where families arrive frightened, spend heavily, and have no way to judge whether the advice they are getting is sound.
They had also both bought property, and found the experience unrecognisable next to how capital is handled anywhere else.
The three of them arrived at the same conclusion from different directions. Real estate in India has operators everywhere and institutions nowhere. Someone had to write the method down, sign it, and be held to it.
That is the whole idea. Not better salesmanship. A documented standard, applied the same way every time, reviewed by people with no financial reason to approve it.
